Logical Wings InfoWeb Pvt Ltd built the Wings Office - HR & Payroll App app for the employees of the company to manage their personal details and leave records. Also for the sales employees who work in the field remotely. This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use this Service.

Information Collection: When you access this application, we may collect your credentials, including your email (used as a username) and a one-time password (OTP) for authentication purposes. User accounts cannot be created within the app; all user creation and deletion are managed exclusively through the company’s admin panel.
We collect location data to support core functionality. For employees, location is captured during punch-in and punch-out to verify their current location. For sales employees, location is recorded during check-in and check-out to confirm visited locations. Additionally, background location is collected between check-out from one location and check-in at another to track travel activity.
Data Safety:We only collect the credentials and location information from the app and we do not share the information to any other third-party libraries, SDKs or any organisation.
Geo-Location Information: We collect location data using GPS, Wi-Fi, or wireless network triangulation to determine the employee’s current or visited locations. This information is essential for enabling key features of the app.
If location access is disabled:
Sales employees have the option to enable or disable background location services; however, disabling this feature will impact the tracking of their journey between visits.
Background location access is requested only when a sales employee logs into the application. For non-sales employees, the app does not request or collect background location data at any time.
We may request access or permission to and track location-based information from your mobile device, while you are using our mobile application, to provide location-based services. If you wish to change our access or permissions, you may do so in your device’s settings.
Account or Data Creation and Deletion:As we mentioned above we are not providing user creation functionality that means this app will not ask you for create user account, and also we are not providing the account deletion functionality, both account creation and deletion is managed by admin panel of the company side.
We may request access or permission to and track location-based information from your mobile device, while you are using our mobile application, to provide location-based services. If you wish to change our access or permissions, you may do so in your device’s settings.
The app does use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you.
